Region 5

Greetings to all during this exciting time!

I hope this message finds you and your families in good health, happiness, and continued success. As we reflect on the accomplishments of this quarter, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to everyone who continues to support and strengthen our profession through education, service, and volunteerism.

On behalf of our Region 5 team, I would like to thank ASATT for the outstanding meeting held at Tarrant County College (TCCC) on April 18, 2026. The event was a tremendous success and demonstrated the dedication and professionalism of our anesthesia technology community.

Region 5 remains committed to supporting both certified and non-certified anesthesia technicians. We welcome everyone who is interested in joining our meetings and educational activities to gain knowledge, mentorship, and support toward certification. Together, we can continue building a stronger and more educated workforce dedicated to patient care and professional excellence.

As our region continues to grow, I encourage all of our colleagues to become active advocates for our profession through volunteering, education, mentorship, and leadership. Every effort we make—whether helping an associate, mentoring a student, volunteering at meetings, or promoting certification—creates positive change for the future of anesthesia technology. Together, we can continue elevating our profession, strengthening our voice, and improving the quality of care we provide to our patients and communities.
